RE: Understanding Supply

Hi Hubert - I was unsure of how supply is handled for units disembarking from an amphibious transport in WW1 game.
In the War in Europe game (according to your post on a previous thread where I asked this question), land units have the supply level of their respective Transport +1. I assume this includes Special Forces. HQ's supply is 5 plus their current level of Amphibious Tech.
In the default WWW1 game, amphibious tech is less developed (it only goes up to 2) and there are no long-range amphibious transports. The game manual says HQs will land with a supply level of 10. So, I inferred that the rule would stay the same for supply for land units (amphibious transport supply level +1) but the HQs would land at 10.
Grateful if you could confirm or correct this and I will edit my posted notes accordingly.
Cheers,
Michael
