Quite Possibly. The hope is the air units can move around as needed. The land units I will have some lift in the area to move them around as needed but I do fall into the aggressive allied camp.....

Another thing to do is to form an amphibious TF at Hong Kong, load up what you can of each unit and send it to Kwangchowan. Another one can haul supplies there as well.
