Has anyone found a source for the starting position of units? I've been using the Wiki OOB by periodically clicking each each unit to see if it's bio has been updated. It seems at this point that maybe someone would have put something together that is more specific, but I have not found any.

No source for a detailed map of initial deployments but I can share you this:





Also, the exclusion area around Chornobyl is way too big, hampering an "historical" move for the Russian player: going full speed from Chornobyl to Ivankiv, relieving the VDV at Hostomel and securing Fastiv and Bila Tserkva to isolate Kyiv from the west.

We will adjust the hex conversion rate so that the Russians can make it to the west of Kyiv by day 2, as historical. Plan on it being posted next week. I am looking at any recent details about initial deployments, which are scarce, but some adjustments will be made.

What is funny is that you have a lot of maps with initial position for Russian forces. But, on the Ukrainian side, I am barely finding anything. The conflict is too recent but your scenario is excellent.
