Per comments in step 45 now is the time for the 58th ID to take out the second Soviet ID. This will cause it to route into the Bialystock pocket.

The Polizei SS ID should attack NE taking out the two Arty Forts.
This step is probably better executed much earlier in the plan. The first few steps before getting down to the Brest Litovsk area are needed to kick the door open and sucking in VVS bombers is a secondary reason to do them early. This attack fits that secondary reasoning.

So, either hold off on the Bialystok attack or occupy the city in force. Note that if you choose to occupy you may route/displace units out of pocket.The Soviet capture of Bialystok or Brest Litovsk will result in the arrival of the Soviet 2nd Polish Army headquarters unit and attached units 26 turns later.
In addition, the Soviets will receive a Czech Rifle Corps and the Soviet Polish 1st Army through the normal reinforcement process.
