The squeeze progresses

North side of the German advance has been cut off. Very close win.

at this moment, I have 3 tank corp left to move. Looking a one possible movement here.

So i squeeze in 3 tank corp and lose a very winnable attack.

Really: over 650 tanks, and the defender not dug in.

The Germans are grey and black counters, yellow is the Italians, Green the Hungarians

The pocket is reclosed

North open. 3 rr cuts on northern line. Pskov is only open track to many units

This very large attack came up short. Swamp hex is key defense spot in this clear terrain area

Just a bash fest back and forth

I have 1 tank with over 16 MP (the yellow 11-21)

My other tanks outside the line would only get to this 11-21 hex with 15mp left. Leaving hasty attacks.

after this attack, i eye the 51 -51 German stack for the Breakthru. It wil have to be hex to hex attack

and the supply relief attack.

The Germans are running out of summer season to inflict pain.

And the Russians have lost very little and will get stronger every month.
