Please can you advise how long cd on demand shoild take to arrive after placing order - order placed 2nd july in Uk but to date I have not yet received the cd - now 3 weeks on.

Just recieved my CD in the post today , ordered on the 1st July. Posted from France ? Hopefully you'll recieve yours soon , fingers crossed.
