Russian Supply point near Odessa

So um......it's early in turn 17 and I captured Odessa in turn 16 so I'm wondering why there's a Soviet supply point just off the coast to the east. Is there any way for the Axis dudes to convert it to Axis?
Just a thought.

Well, if you hadn't noticed, I don't like supply points. But in some cases it is felt proper to have one. For Odessa, the idea is that the Soviets were able to get some supply by sea. So putting a supply point there will allow the Soviets to defend the area for awhile if they are cut off from the overland routes. The Axis don't get a supply point at Odessa and can't convert the Soviet one that is there. Sorry.
