Well, this turn (T135, first in '44, right?) should see your ARM production increase to 55k/turn, so things might improve.

If you are into numbers: 98 x 250 x .6 x 3.8

The whole front south of Moscow is ablaze as usual. But this turn there will be withdrawal...

Your losses that turn were not bad. You can live with that for a while.

Turn 137. January 27 1944.

The Soviet thrust out of the Crimea has run into trouble. A Mech corps has been caught with its pants down by a turn of mud and is now isolated.

You should consider to send the turn in which the Mech Corps surrendered to the tech forum.

From 15.4: "...The HQ unit must be within five hexes of attached combat units and be able to trace an indeterminate path of friendly hexes (my italics), which can be in EZOC, to those same combat units in order to commit support units during combat..."

Clearly, all hexes were not friendly.

Hmmm, nice catch! But couldn't they have been attached to the Mech Corps?

I suppose they could have been attached to the Corps.
In that case, the structure of the list of the participating defending units leads to confusion, but that is not something which affects the result so nothing major. Maybe you could ask Gids where they came from.

Rather strange to see Russians still relying on I-16s, and a fairly early variant at that, + Mig 3s.

Hasn't Gids got an AP to spare as auto-update doesn't seem to be working?

You're right, I didn't think of that! I suppose he is low on APs, I think he mentioned that in an email.

Turn 138. February 3 1944. Blizzard.

The withdrawal on the central part of the front leads to comparatively few Soviet attcks and low Axis losses this turn.

Turn 139. February 10 1944.

Losses are relatively low due to withdrawals, but not as low as I had expected.

Furious Soviet stormtroopers push their way into Moscow. The Soviet capital is a gutted shell. Everything of value has been moved to the Reich or blown up.

Turn 141. February 24 1944.

Losses seem light when looking at the losses screen. Suspiciously light...

The commanders report tells another story. And this is just a portion of the battles shown! Oh how I wish that the losses screen were more trustworthy...

The South after Axis moves T141. The Crimean front is drawing off forces, the question is if it is drawing off more German or Soviet forces...?
