I just ordered A Company to shift forces one base to the east to location code named Fin Shaft. I don't see any enemy troops there and
I'm thinking that my capturing Fin Shaft will upset Jap plans somewhat.

Cam Ranh Bay is a good place to hunt for sub targets. Lots of traffic.

And then the Allies do a B-17 raid on Bubble Drop and all the planes that flew were damaged but it was worth it...great hits.

The defenders were stronger than I was expecting. I thought maybe that we had eliminated most of the troops by sinking most of the AK's
that brought them but here I see that a bunch got ashore. I'll have to put a stop to the attacking pronto.

Here's the failed industry report. There's about 6 places where an enemy unit is in the hex so the industry failed for that reason. Other-
wise there's Melborne that failed for lack of oil.

This group of surface combatants is now the heavy iron at Pearl. It's what's left undamaged from the Pearl strike etc.

TF 202 is maintaining a brand new minefield they just laid in the deep water just NE of Pearl and I'm hoping one of more of those Jap
subs will wander into it. It's got 80 mines and should just about do the trick.

Supplies from Bombay are finally reaching Perth three weeks into the game. And this ship is just the first of at least a dozen from
Colombo and there's another two dozen coming to Perth from Cape Town.

Here's all the traffic going into Perth. You can see a lot of fuel being carried and not so much supply. But it's a lot of ships.

Very good AAR

for how long do you plan to play it?
Being a JFB, I can tell you had already win; you have inflicting way too many loses for the AI to recover. That said, you can still have a lot of fun for the next months

Having only played against the AI, I can tell that the key for a longer game is to try to avoid using historical knowledge or strategies that would not work against a human (using PT boats as bait for example).
The Japanese AI is in particular very vulnerable because of it inherent "wastefulness"; the Allied AI is as wasteful, but it lives in the land of the plenty, so I think it would still throw good punches later on.
Japan on the other hand, had few replacements coming and its economy, unless it successfully captures the SRA, is going to crash rather soon.
