<detail> First flight Spanish Air Force MQ-9B Reaper
On 30 January 2020, an MQ-9B Reaper Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) from the Ejercito del Aire (EdA, Spanish Air Force) made its first flight from Badajoz/Talavera la Real. The Reaper is operated by Ala 23, hence the tactical code 23-01 visible on the UAS.
In 2015, Spain ordered four MQ-9B Reaper (also named GA-AS Predator-B) aircraft. The first Reapers were expected to be delivered in 2019. Next to Badajoz/Talavera la Real, the UAS will have a forward deployment base at Lanzarote (Canary Islands).
In April 2019, the Spanish Ministry of Defence reported an order for two MQ-9B Reapers plus associated equipment . It is still unknown if this order is a further addition to the ones that have been ordered in 2015.

While building a South China Sea/Sea of Japan scenario around the 1987 time frame I have come across a couple issues or not deft enough to figure it out. I haven't found a Navy base for the U.S. at Subic Bay (Philippines) or Soviet Navy base at Vladivostok to import from the db. If they don't exist in the db they would be rather key to have for Cold War scenarios.

Bases are not supposed to "exist" in the DB, while components like hangars, runways, piers... etc. are. When designing a scenario the author is supposed to make any installations by himself using components from the DB, placing them in the appropriate place (using any online map provider to source for coordinates for example) and grouping them together to to create a "base".
You may want to check the import/export tool found in Editor -> Import/Export units. It contains a collection of pre-made installations (air/naval bases, IADS network etc.) usually made by the players and uploaded for everyone to use.
Also be sure to check the "Import/Export Facilities DB: Get them here" thread found in "Mods and Scenarios" -> "Useful Material".
Many players share files of installations they have tried to replicate. Downloaded files in the .inst extensions are to be put in "ImportExport" folder found in your game main installation folder.

Yes ....... I was using "database" in general as the import/export is a database of sorts. Didn't find them there nor in the
thread you mentioned hence my original post.
I went ahead and built them myself.
Thanks

Hello,
The F-22A RCS changes depending on the database entry (version DB3000 v486):
1) Entry numbers (#): 333, 1085, 2013, 4858, 3821, 4875
2) Entry numbers (#): 2201, 4972
In a separate point, entry #1085 (F-22A Raptor -- United States (Air Force), 2008, Blk 35, AN/APG-77(V)1) possesses only the older, less capable version AN/APG-77 - not the (V)1 claimed by the database entry name.
Regards
CHM,
FYI The RCS issue is more a internal database viewer display issue having to do with the last loadout used for calculating what's displayed (the db rcs values are actually the same for all instances in the db itself)
fb.asp?m=4810105 for more detail on what's going on there.

Thanks for replying. I read the thread you linked, that makes sense. All the database entries have the same 'base' RCS. Perhaps an idea in the future is for each loadout to list the RCS beside it?

That or just showing the baseline RCS with out modification\loadout calcs in the short term. Maybe your onto something with adding an rcs penalty\modifier result data column for each loadout and other entries that affect it(speed and I forget what else). idk.
