As requested previously IOC is circa late 2015 for Russian helicopters and especially to those deployed to Syria.
KRET manufacturer started deliveries 2015.

Sensors and component EW systems are already listed in DB486 under the domestic designation of Vitebsk for the KA-52,
(in reality there are numerous sub-variants of the sensor for each specific aircraft but they don't significantly deviate in core capability)
