You`ve made several mistakes on that list. From mentioning units that have actually been included (Finnish Armoured train, soviet 76.2mm M1938 gun) to mentioning units that have never been released (German Mountain Infantry, AT-1, Italian Motorcyclists, SdKfz 2 etc.) to not mentioning units that have been left out (like the Finnish units mentioned in post #562 for which I`ve asked for regular cards and none were provided; I`ve sent Karaganov the assembled battle cards for this btw). In addition I had already said that most reworked units have not been included (you`ve missed the BEF btw) and that H.Balck has made more transports for the soviets and germans than the number of traits available in this game (I`ve asked for feedback on this above and none was given).
I`m not sure what the point of the list is actually, unless you`re gonna implement them yourself or expect someone else to do that. I wish you luck. The main reason I`ve put together this mod for my own use is that nobody else was doing it (and it`s been something like 4 years now).
EDIT: you`ve missed the French units. That Chevrolet something batch. I couldn`t find what they were so they were left out. Also I think there was a third Japanese transport in that lot with the Type 95.

thanks for the info
I understand that this list will be edited from time to time.
I fixed a couple of bugs (Finnish Armoured train and NNS Typ 95 Daruma)
Later I will try to make a list for new French and British units.
I think the limit for transport units this solvable problem

I definitely can not add all of these new units for engine of R-35
But I hope that H.Balck and Karaganov will add most of the new Soviet and German units in new big scenarios.

The problem with reworked units is that they are continuously reworked. You never know when you implement something when the next version will come along. For example I think I have implemented the Polish 7TP about 4 or 5 times and the T-26 about 3 times. If you multiply that by the hundreds of units redone you understand whey so many new units have not been done at all or are not implemented yet.
Apart from that, I`ve been looking at your proposed list of artillery from Karaganov`s thread when I chose what to implement for this release. H.Balck made some guns that were not on your list and which according to my quick research did not appear to have still been used by 1941. For example the non-upgraded versions of these two:
122 mm Howitzer M1910
152 mm Howitzer M1909
And there are a few more (like the T-27) that do not appear to have been in combat service anymore. Do you actually want these included in the game?
I think the limit for transport units this solvable problem
Please tell me how. I`ve been asking for proposals on this chapter for some time.
But I hope that H.Balck and Karaganov will add most of the new Soviet and German units in new big scenarios
Hope does not know death - a saying goes. I wish you good luck with it!

I think that the following units should be added
HKVD Infantry
In the combat actions 1941-1945 were involved 37 divisions of the NKVD and 16 brigades of NKVD
120-mm heavy mortar and 107-mm mountain mortar
Red Army had heavy mortar brigades and regiments (11 brigades and more handred separate regimets in early 1943)
composition of heavy mortar brigade
4 - heavy mortar regiments (38 120-mm mortars in each, all - 144 120-mm mortars in brigade)
T-27
T-27 took part in the fighting in 1941 (Crimea, Moscow, Leningrad).
More than 200 T-27 were at the Far Eastern Front in 1945. T-27 were used for reconnaissance, patrol and guard headquarters.
Also, I would replace the FAI to the FAI-M. FAI-M were significantly better represented in the armed forces in 1941

How would these differ from the regular soviet infantry? Was the NKVD title anything more than just that (a title)?
120-mm heavy mortar and 107-mm mountain mortar
Red Army had heavy mortar brigades and regiments (11 brigades and more handred separate regimets in early 1943)
composition of heavy mortar brigade
4 - heavy mortar regiments (38 120-mm mortars in each, all - 144 120-mm mortars in brigade)
Yes, I understand that, but the reason I ignored the mortars for now is that:
1. mortar units were not considered as distinctive units by the PzC developers and just calculated into other units. Which means there are none present in game. In reality, many (most?) nations had heavy mortars in independent units. If we add them only for the Soviets (the Germans have only one unit so far) then it looks unbalanced. If H.Balck is serious about adding mortars to the game then it would require he makes them for all factions that had them (as independent units at the brigade/division etc. level).
2. we don`t actually have an animation and sound for such a unit and putting one together would require a bit of fiddling so that they match well. Not that this is a reason not to do it over the long term.
T-27
T-27 took part in the fighting in 1941 (Crimea, Moscow, Leningrad).
More than 200 T-27 were at the Far Eastern Front in 1945. T-27 were used for reconnaissance, patrol and guard headquarters.
Wikipedia says this about them:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-27
By the end of the 1930s the T-27 was relegated primarily to training use, with some being used as tractors to tow field guns.
The tanks-encyclopedia says this:
http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/s ... et_T27.php
Their participation to the Polish invasion in September 1939 or the Winter War in Finland was real but of limited value. Some were reported posted in the Far East, along the disputed Mongolo-Chinese-Russian borders. But none were reported to have see any action at Nomonanh in August 1939. Action records in Poland are unknown.
Only 1127 T-27s were left at the start of 1941 and only in second line. Their main duty was training, carrying supplies and light artillery (like the standard 45 mm/1.77 in AT gun) and mortar tractors.
Which would mean that in game they basically should be in the transport class, not tank or recon. It`s why I didn`t add it.
Also, I would replace the FAI to the FAI-M. FAI-M were significantly better represented in the armed forces in 1941
Actually, now that you meantion it, the FAI-M makes sense. Reading again the article on tank-encyclopedia I see they were present in decent numbers. I`ll add it to the game.
Mule (Soviet Mnt Transport)
SmallHorse (Soviet Horse Transport Light)

HorseWagon (Soviet Horse Transport Eng)
Jeep (GAZ-67, Willys-MB)
Truck (GAZ-AA, GAZ-MM)
LightTruck (Zis-5, Dodge WC51)
HeavyTruck (Zis-6, YaG-10)
HalftrackTruck (Zis-42M)
APC (M3 Halftrack)
SeepCar (Ford GPA Seep)
LightTractor (T-20 Komsomolyets, Pioneer)
Tractor (Tractor STZ-5, T-26 Tractor)
HighSpeedTractor (Stalinets S-2, Ya-12)
HeavyTractor (Tractor ChTZ-65, Kommunar, Kommintern)
SuperHeavyTractor (Voroshilovets)
Thanks! That is what I was proposing above (using the same trait for more than one transport), but nobody bothered to give me any feedback on this until now. Of course, the downside is that the transports using the same trait will be available for the exact same units. Are you sure for example that Tractor ChTZ-65, Kommunar, Kommintern were all used to transport/tow the same units?
EDIT: there were several funny units made like those radio vehicles. PzC has no mechanism for such units that I can think of so what are they good for?

You may have missed my post on the previous page by the time you made your last one. I`m mentioning it so it doesn`t get lost.
ST-26 Bridgelayer were used during the Winter War 1939-1940
Yes, I had the ST-26 in another folder. I can add it.
(as well as D-8 and BA-27M)
Ehem... There were about 20 of each of them made in all. They had very poor off-road mobility and so mainly stuck to roads (we really need a special movement to realistically depict this type of armoured cars). Probably a handful of them was present somewhere at a time. Keeping in mind that the soviets have plenty of other reconnaissance units in this mod.
On the other hand, to give an example, Romania had about 130 Panzer IVH (its main tank for the later years), but none was made for the mod. In fact, out of thousands of planes, Romania and Hungary have two fighters each (made by bebro and asuser) and no bombers whatsoever. H.Balck promised to make a Renault R35 for Yugoslavia (its best tank in 1941) a couple years ago (still not done) and I could go on. But it is expected of me to implement the soviet radio truck and the soviet repair workshop. Can`t wait for the soviet ambulance, the soviet field hospital, the soviet kitchen truck and the soviet commander`s wife as independent units... Do I seem annoyed? [:)]

What is the difference between Wehrmacht_Inf and Luftwaffe_Inf?
Well, by that standard we`ll be adding gendarms too.

In my opinion the Luftwaffe infantry is also useless. Don`t get me wrong, we could make a unit out of every service or region, but I think these are luxuries. Before we get to consider implementing them I`d rather add graphics for the motorized infantry of Belgium, Greece and Hungary because these are actually useful in terms of gameplay and are currently lacking.

I really hope H.Balck won`t make the flamethrowers version now that he`s reading this.
Ok, so your point is that those 2343 tankettes were actually in active service (not in training schools or depots) and were used in combat?
Yes that's right
These tractors carried a single task.
Thank you! Well, using your list I could add the rest of the soviet transports (presuming I find the time for it). As for the Germans, someone will have to make a similar sharing list.
I understand that H.Balck wanted to use these units as a HQ.
So, how are they implemented in game? Are they transports for the HQ unit (which is in the infantry class) or...?

T-27 took part in the fighting in 1941. A large number of these tankettes participated in the counteroffensive at Moscow in the winter of 1941. You must understood that after heavy losses among the armored vehicles in the summer of 1941, soviet command was forced to send into battle all that was at hand...

Please, let`s make things clear: most of those planes are completely useless!
Let`s not take into account that the PZL P.11C and Bf 109E were painted in the wrong camouflage or the fact that the Fi 156 is irrelevant here (the main Romanian reconnaissance aircraft was the IAR-37/38/39), even though I bet you guys would not accept the soviet aircraft to be painted in the wrong colours. In any case, we can`t ignore the fact that the rest of the aircraft were never used by Romania:
Hs-129 - H.Balck made the Hs-129B-3 with its distinctive long 75mm cannon:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henschel_ ... Hs_129_B-3
Romania only used the Hs-129B-2 with 20mm cannons:
http://www.worldwar2.ro/arme/?article=413
He-111B - Romania never used this version. It used the He-111H:
http://www.worldwar2.ro/arme/?article=409
It`s easy to distinguish the two.
Savoia Marchetti Sm.79 - Romania never used this. It had a customized version with two engines (not three like the Italian original) so, again, it looked very differently from what H.Balck did:
http://www.worldwar2.ro/arme/?article=405
Bristol Blenheim - H.Balck made the Mk.IV version which Romania never used. It had the Mk.I. The front part of the two aircraft is very different as is abundantly clear from the shots you`ve posted here:
fb.asp?m=4002178
as for the
IAR-80 - H.Balck put two large cannons (?) on the wings. On the left where the pitot tube should be and on the right where there shouldn`t be anything. This isn`t hard to correct actually, but it would require H.Balck to do it. Otherwise the plane looks good, even though that is not the correct pattern of camouflage on it.
The soviets are getting all sorts of sub-versions and different uniform crews and Romania can`t even get the correct version of those few aircraft that were made for it?! I`ve never asked for minute details, but I can`t implement an aircraft with three engines in place of an aircraft with two engines either. This happens to be one of my favorite factions and after all this time I still can`t make a decent scenario with it, but I`m implementing all sorts of marginally important units for factions that have lots of units already. It`s frustrating!
If there`s any good will in this regard I could provide links to sites showing how these planes actually look like and compile a conservative (in terms of numbers) list of what aircraft Romania had in service. They shouldn`t actually be hard to do since many are just versions of planes that H.Balck has already made and many of them actually kept the camouflage of the seller (UK - Blenheim and Hurricane; Germany - Hs-129, Ju-87 etc.) and just added the national markings.

@Brazenman please make a list with the transport units that you think are important to be added and which I haven`t implemented yet. I am referring to the transports that have actually been released. I`ll try to make an update with the units you`ve requested.
EDIT: also, if anyone wants to make a case for the German Bicycle Infantry as to how it fits into the scale of this game now it`s the time to do it.
