attack of opportunity and to force reinforcement of area by Germans. or exploit.
I expect German reinforcements though.

I search and find perimeter defense with chance of success. Forts are below 1%.

Here is my tank force attack lineup

Battle results. Very heavy tank losses. I will not zoc the defeated units thus better repair.

also notice Silly moved his Rumanian airforce back to Stalingrad proper.

I keep separation, Really I cannot afford major mistake here.

I don't have any idea where his ss tanks are. I think here based on turns since last seen.

Germans most likely used rr. Thus a few turns to complete movement of maybe 12 assorted armor divisions. and his top infantry army

Its a theory. I do see 2 new airbases in the area

I stay in fort hexes north of Moscow.

Otherwise I am hoarding strength.

pressure must have moved south. I move Guard tanks off front line. They can move by rail next turn.

I've already redeployed a tank army back way south and 34th infantry to north Moscow.

I might try and attack over river just east of Moscow if german unit not reinforced.

Guard tanks are moved here in case attack proceeds.

My tank units are still not converting to Guards. Maybe September.

I still see heavy new concentration of German units down south on that RR line. I will stay away for now.

If you need more manpower, any BAKs can be disbanded to provide some. Also with the arrival of RR repair corps, you might be able to do with fewer construction brigades.

Probably the first time Soviets will use quality instead of quantity to push the Germans back

My exploit finds the German 4th Army hq and Vii Corp hq.

They will rout.

My deepest probe attack so far. I would like to get position with zoc over east west german rr.

Final East. I get a zoc on rr which heads southeast. Now his units only get supply from the southern branch.

Final Moscow.

Really I will need to attack flanks and surround Moscow in order to retake.
