<summary>949AM Irkutsk SSGN Oscar class Russian submarine post upgrade has 48 not 72 missiles and is not in service until 2023 not 2018</summary>
<detail>Article detailing upgraded Oscar SSGN states that it has double the original 24 Granit missile tubes post refit giving it 48 multipurpose tubes for Onyx (Strobile) Kalibr both LACM and ASuW (Sizzler) and 3M22 Zircon. As an aside the torpedo tubes may also be upgraded to be capable of launching Otvet 91R ASW missiles of the Kalibr system.
The current DB entry for the Oscar 2018 gives it 72 missiles post refit. This is optimistic dimensionally IMHO.
Also the article refers to the refit being complete by 2023, so it is not yet in service. "The return of the nuclear submarine to the combat strength of the Pacific Fleet is scheduled for 2023." </detail>

<summary>91R ASW missile system to have name "Otvet" added and added to all UKSK VLS as load option from 2020</summary>
<detail>Numerous sources are now referring to the 91R ASW missile (ship and sub launched?) of the Kalibr family having the distinct system name of Otvet. The UKSK VLS system can accommodate this missile but recently there is specific reference to Gorshkov class FFG having completed trials with the weapon system.
Plus the TASS reference to it being added to the Kirov refits.
The UFO.ru information is also interesting about launch platform being limited to a top speed of 15kts to launch the weapon and it having the 324mm MPT-1UM torpedo payload. (Not APR-3) </detail>
