Remember the good times. I know, it's not easy.

I know it'll get easier with time, hopefully once we get past her birthday on Thursday I'll feel brighter. She brought so much happiness to our lives that I know the good memories will be what I keep in the long term.

It's good to see that Wayne Rooney's new baby is covered under sports news on the BBC website and that it's one of the most viewed stories of the day [8|]  Maybe the real news is too complicated for people to understand these days...

Ah, she looks a lot like a Springer Spaniel which are popular here in the UK. Best described as a bundle of excitable, energetic, amiable incompetence [:D]

Our previous neighbours had a Springer. The dog was a total lunatic [:D] If he wasn't chasing/being chased by their little girl he was running up and down the fence with our youngest or they both be lying down trying to pull each other under the fence into the other garden [:D]

i actualy have a good story from the weekend.
 
i ran the drc half marathon this sunday and ran it in 1 hour 48 minutes and 57 seconds. i finished 541 out of about 3500. needless to say i was very happy.[:D]
