Jim and I exchanged emails and now for some fresh combat results:
There's been a boat-load of sub attacks but this one is the first one to produce any damage.

And then there were a lot of sub attacks in which there were no hits and then there was some more Port Moresby action:

And then my carrier-borne Zeros decided to sweep Townsville but it didn't work out just right....I lost more than Jim did.

Hey you guys....this doing of the AAR......it's turning out to be less fun than I thought. I need somebody to encourage me.

Hi Larry,
I'm reading. Gonna have to say that you are putting more effort into posting pictures for routine actions (sweep on Singapore, air raid on Manila) than I think is reasonable. You're gonna burn out and then we'll miss the big raids and carrier battles!
Cheers,
Guy

Thanks ever so much for posting something Guy. I needed to know somebody is reading this thing. Your idea......posting only the more
important stuff.....I like it. That's a good idea and I'm going to adopt it.
EDIT: These are the ships under repair at Hong Kong. Having a carrier and two BB's tied up in maint. is something I'd rather not have
happen but what are you going to do? I see one of those AV's is going to be tied up for quite a while.

The 1st China Assault Division / C part is loaded and is departing Gasmata for Port Moresby even as we speak. They will take a couple
of days to reach their destination and I'm hoping they have supplies for the task they are going to undertake when they get there.

Everything leaving Tokyo is heading south and southwest so for all the fuel needs locally I've been going to Shanghi. Saporro is
continually low on fuel because of the volume of ships passing through there all the time so I've got to re-fuel it from time to time. For
instance.

About 50K in fuel is now leaving Tokyo for Truk. I think it's going to take about 10 days to get there but it's important that it get there
because Truk is down to its last 48K or so.

A big 44.5K slug of supplies has reached Pescadores and had started unloading but Pescadores has like 59K in supplies and Cam
Ranh Bay is almost out so I'm going to send them on to CRB to repleniish there instead. It's closer to the action and needs to be done.

TF 52 is some transports w/ escort that are going after resources. I found this nearby island Amami Oshima that has oddles and oddles
of resources. It's got a resource center but no LI industry there so that means it's going to be a source for the duration of the war. And
there's lots of spot sources like this. Ocean Island and Nauru island are other examples. I'm going to all of them.

Here's the condition of the troops I have at Port Moresby. As you can see I'm doing a lot better than I used to. I remember a time when
everybody was out of supply and now it's only two units that are seriously low. With some more people and just as important, some more
supply I might be able to actually capture PM. I'm thinking PM is the key to this Rabaul area. That and Rabaul itself.
