Just outside of Balikpapen, Tokyo Rose pronounces it funny, but perhaps she is prescient.

Another example of how this game is unfairly biased against Japan![:D]

Yamashiro, stricken by two torpedo hits and heading for fuel at Balikpapen finds the Boise and plants one on her despite. And then another hit on the other light cruiser...but no serious damage to them. Perhaps an explosion in the superstructure.

Not a strong perform by the Kit. We surprised the Allies even...

It looks bad for my light cruisers but their damage is armor hits...we penetrate and knock out a main battery on the Leander.

Daytime fight, and ships are moving all over...reacting port, starboard and aft! Chaos!

No Idea how these Yanks have any ammunition left.

Amazingly two of the destroyers started the battle on fire, the result no doubt of dive bombers switching over from search to attack seeing their carriers in harms way as the Pagoda of Death, the Brave Hyuga approached brooking no nonsense!

The Allied counterthrust is feckless. At least so far.

Why can't my heavy cruisers find better targets!

And the naval combat is over for now...

This just never grows old. Scratch one cargo ship.
