New ELO game started

Hi all,
I am a fairly experienced WAW player and happy to play either side. Would love to start an ELO game against someone. Generally return a turn everyday. Set up a game and let me know details. I am from Australia so time differences generally, though it seems to work out well. Harry

Allies resigned August 1943 after the fall of the USSR. Great game with some really novel moves from firsteds which gave Japan in particular a torrid time.

Yes, sorry to my Allied colleagues - I am responsible for TWO of those recent losses after experimenting with Pacific first (don't try it). My overall problem seems to be that Russia has to fight on too many fronts with not quite enough units, especially HQs. There will always be fronts near Leningrad / Finland, Moscow, Stalingrad and the Caucasus. In many games they also have to fight one or more of Japan and Turkey. The other Allies have to work hard to keep convoys open to Murmansk and Vladivostok. Not a complaint - I think the overall balance is good and I was beaten by great players - but it does mean the Allies can't allocate resources to the Pacific (which gets a bit boring).

I am willing to start another game as Allies to see if I can do any better against the evil Axis (lost my 3 last games [8D]).

Any player that I had not player before is ready to take the Axis war machine?
