They probably need to have a heavy artillery. Something in the 150mm range. According to this forum they used the 15-cm 31M howitzer (Bofors license, L/24):

As you can see through that thread, they used alot the Pavesi tractor to tow their guns.

I`m a bit fuzzy on their mountain infantry. Do you have any links to articles and pictures?

One company with 3 OA vz. 27s and 9 OA vz.30s retreated to Romania in March 1939. There`s no evidence (that I know of) that they were ever used on the frontline and there are just some pictures with the aftermath of a bombing (I think american) towards the end of the war showing one of them destroyed near some industrial facility iirc. This may mean that they were used as guard vehicles inside the country or simply that they were parked there. I`m not against having it, but I`m not sure it`s worth the trouble.

Romanian 120mm Mortar M1942 Resita

This is basically the copy of the Soviet 120 mm PM-38 mortar. I`m not sure if we have this already, but if we do it would not be hard to make.

I`m actually curious where you pulled the ADGZ from. It is really unclear if Romania put any of the captured Soviet cars into service, how many if so and of what type. Generally it`s just speculation.

In terms of reconnaissance, up to Stalingrad you only have the R-1 tankette used by the recon units of the cavalry divisions. Then 10 SdKfz 222 were delivered in December 1942 and a few others were captured when Romania switched sides in august 1944. That`s about it in terms of armoured cars used on the frontline.

There`s also a discussion of about a dozen Italian made AB 41 which were taken into service after the Italian armistice, but that subject is controversial:

It may very well be that confusion appeared from the fact that Romania named all its armoured cars AB (autoblindat=armoured car), without this having any connection to the Italian Autoblinda. To my knowledge there`s no photo showing them in Romanian service.

Bottom line, you either accept that scouting was done either by cavalry, R-1 and motorcyclists up to Stalingrad or you have to create some "what-if" units.

I was under the impression that up to the armistice the Italians only had the Bf 109G. Unless you have better sources for significant numbers of Italian Bf 109K you could drop this and free the space for something else.
