1 Army is still in recovery/ build out faze.
2. I can move, by rr, only 3 or 4 tank/mech corp per turn due to low rr capacity.
3. I had been waiting for last clear turn to do my last clear sneak attacks knowing units would have slight chance of having units cut off.
Nonetheless, I now have units cut off which need rescue
4. My aircorp gets smashed regularly. A little better lately maybe because air rules reverted back.
5. Also tanks far north of Moscow where there to halt silly's last offensive
6. Thus getting them all together for the big fist fest has been daunting/[:'(]
I have pictures later to show on army status.
Also until last turn of clear I did not know location of SS panzers. Now I know where most of his afv is.

Heavy German Bomber losses.
I will leave hex open and should be able to occupy next turn.
Stalin HQ was near for this attack.
After, Stalin will rr to Penza area for those crucial events.

PENZA
I will attempt rescue by going around SS panzers.
Here a lowly brigade mans a 3 level fort.
I was not happy with the retreat direction. I need that hex so I can attack the Rumanian unit.

Now what to do.
I have a feeling that the relief column is going to get surrounded and yet another rescue attempt

Good luck Brian.

left flank attack uses only 5 units as I miss-moved one unit who could not back out.
I think this was the lowest cv to attack.

I then sneak in 1 armor left and move one cut off unit left routing an unnamed german hq.
That is the extent of my cutoff attempt. Not bad.
