<summary>96L6 radar is operating in the wrong radar band</summary>
<detail>
The 96L6 Cheese Board radar operates in C-band (G only?) but is currently modelled as an S-band (E) radar.
This is flanked by a 96L6E (NATO reporting name Cheese Board) C-band (5.25GHz to 5.925GHz) early warning and target acquisition radar with a range of up to 162nm (300km).
This affects both the individual facility and the sensors of the S-400 batteries.
Of the S-400 system, the radar that operates in S-band is the Big Bird D radar (F band).
