I thought I was doing well, well enough for an end date of Jan 1, 1945 with plentiful rebuilding -- but for about the last month the Allies have stuck with an airfield destruction program. Almost every air field in western Honshu has been destroyed and destroyed by serious overkill.

The effect on my supplies has been alarming![X(] I don't think this is his intention, merely he is tired of my air force.

I have turned off most replacements with the exception of Type 3 tanks, AA guns, radar, and Artillery pieces of any size. Lots and lots of devices set to stockpile so I can turn on replacements for an Engineering unit and only replace the 20 or 20mm AA guns and radar. Heck, I am even stockpiling searchlights.[:D]

I have plentiful supply in the SRA, and to a lesser extent Luzon, and I am shipping it out every day in dribs and drabs. Almost all of it is aimed at feeding China, which has become a huge supply drain with all the planes there and all the troops there now. Didn't really expect that, and I can only shudder at what it would be like with an active Soviet.

I have 3 basically destroyed infantry divisions heading back to Shanghai, along with the 1st and 2nd Tank Divisions which are there unpacking. I plan to run them across in fast transports to Nagasaki area and then rebuild them.

I also repaired some Jack factories to boost production a little bit, hopefully not noticeable, since I have the engines for that beauty.

But other than that I have been pretty miserly with supply expenditures -- it is the lousy bombers. I guess the daily 10 BB bombardments didn't help either.

But the days of spending are over![:(] I will be eating rock soup before it is all over, especially if the Allies pursue an Industry attack against Korea and Manchuko (still pretty much untouched).

Meanwhile, the Allies have over 50 million in supplies sitting at San Fran awaiting transport ships. [:D]
