Don't want to be the male equivalent of Suzy downer or anything, but if Kansas, S. Indiana, Illinois (!) and Ohio don't get some rain within the next 7-8 days, there will be some major problems with this year's corn crop. Here's hoping for a tropical storm to wash through your area.

Duluth got 11" in a couple days. Widespread flooding, including the zoo. Guess what Polar bears do when their exhibit gets flooded out? They wander around downtown Duluth saying 'hi' to people...[X(]

Evening tithe... Have had a southerly blast for the last few days, and it's been snowing and very cold. As these southerly airstreams we get down here, in the south of Southern Island of NZ come all the way from the Antarctic, and boy it feels like it today.

Funny old game AE is... you get a good turn, and then things come back down to earth.

In my Pbem against Q-Ball, he has been handing my head to me in the last two turns.

First Huston demolishes a Troop Convoy east of Luzon, and then in the morning manages to dodge a Light Carrier/Heavy Cruiser combo, and air-search.

Then next turn Boise is sniffing around just west of Babeldaob, and is spotted by daylight search, and 14 high-experience Betty's all miss with their bombs in two strikes. [:@]
