I would say he's just deducting this from the fact there's not news from Blackstork since the end for summer 2015.
But maybe he's investigated and is privy to some information about the author. I really hope not this is why he said that.
I think he just mean the project is dead, that's all

Surely someone could take this on and develop it a bit further ? Some of he concepts in this mod make it a stand out I think

I don't believe even half of that stuff elaborated on those fancy spreadsheets on page 1 of this thread can be THEORETICALLY realized. It never led anywhere.

Damn... someone really knows their electronica.
My favourite Black Dog track of all time is in there - Psil-Cosyin. Even some Drexciya and Brothomstates too! Excellent choices.

Consider changing the dlakar.txt file in the races folder to allow one more government type. Otherwise, the game will crash if someone manages to overthrow the government.
So, instead of:
DisallowedGovernments ;0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,20
Allow:
DisallowedGovernments ;1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,20

I'm gonna say, If I had to choose between the vanilla race pictures and the new that this mod add, I prefer 200% the original, the new ones are just... so ugly in my opinion, that's the only thing that I don't like about this mod.
Edit: to further support my point of view, lets take a look at the Securans, literally the first paragraph says that they are a beautiful race, and its picture supports that, but then we look at the mod's one and it looks like a cross-breed between a human and a frog.

You even chose my favourite Black Dog tracks. Damn, this is wonderful.
My only complaint is you haven't used any music from Drexciya alias'. If you don't know of Transllusion, Arpanet, Dopplereffekt, Japanese Telecom etc you should check them out!

I would love to try this mod, however the files appear to no longer be hosted. I got the update files, but have no original mod to place them in. I found another link in a later post but that was just sound tracks. Any chance you will make this available again or has everyone migrated to DW2.
