The recapture of Leningrad is a priority for Stavka.

The Soviet Army advances, Koenigsberg is only 90 miles away.

Ibthink you will be in Berlin before years end. It looks like you are short of trucks and the frontline will shorten soon. I would consider disbanding unnecessary units, e.g. surplus rifle brigades, AT brigades and the new Rumanian security amd rifle divisions. You wont be able to use them on the frontline bit they eatbtrucks and supplies.

Since the German Army is almost gone your central priority should be the railnet since MP/supply will dictate your pace. I would focus on a few rail lines and attack along them to make sure the NKPS units mever need to stop. Why are there so many surrendered soviets this turn???
