1. Apparently, Italian East Africa surrendered with the loss of Massawa (1st garrison destroyed).
2. Just a matter of time before Ethiopia is lost too.
3. Mr. Churchill seems most serious about securing his colonies and perhaps adding more.

1. The garrison defending Rhodes incurred their first losses (3-steps).
2. Only able to reinforce 2 of the 3-steps lost.
3. The loss of Rhodes is also only a matter of time.
