Finally, here is a walk through of the status of my armaments pools since several have asked.
Everything looks very good. In fact, I am turning aff about 400 points of armaments factories next turn for a few turns to build HI back up. I am down to about 16.7 days worth of HI so I need to build the buffer back up.

In planning for next turn, I set just about all of my units at Voroshilov to reserve with the exception of about 10 units.
Here is a sample of 5 of there units...3 that are in reserve or going to reserve, and 2 that are left out of reserve. Not only will this give you a feel for how bloody the huge war of attrition is in that hex, but also a good feel for what proper use of the reserve order can do to help you recover.

First, Botanko Heavy Gun.... This is representative of my 20+ artillery units in the hex. They will stand down for a turn in reserve to remove fatigue and disruption. I can not afford to leave them heavily disrupted and lose a bunch of tubes.

9th infantry division. This unit has been in reserve for one turn already.

9th Garrison Unit. This unit has lower experience than most of my other units. As such it will remain in combat mode to draw fire while the other units recover.

5th infantry, which was also on reserve during the previous turn.
