Ibthink you will be in Berlin before years end. It looks like you are short of trucks and the frontline will shorten soon. I would consider disbanding unnecessary units, e.g. surplus rifle brigades, AT brigades and the new Rumanian security amd rifle divisions. You wont be able to use them on the frontline bit they eatbtrucks and supplies.
Since the German Army is almost gone your central priority should be the railnet since MP/supply will dictate your pace. I would focus on a few rail lines and attack along them to make sure the NKPS units mever need to stop. Why are there so many surrendered soviets this turn???
Thank you for the advice. I started to disband the AT Brigades and new Rumanian divisions.
The surrendered Soviet units were from last turn, when Rumania surrendered. They were the Rumanian units that switched sides to the Soviet Army but then immediately surrendered to the German Army.

Agreed, 1941 and 1942 were very difficult years for the Soviet Army, losing both Moscow and Leningrad. While 1944 is a race to Berlin by the Soviet Army.
