1. Not sure but it seems to me that Mr. Churchill isn't on-board with the Germany first strategy.

1. Dang it! Germany's able to shatter the Soviet unit in Grozny but is unable to get any unit into the city to claim the prize.

I find that if you are attacking a "must have" enemy city having a prepped paratrooper available is often a valid plan B.
