IIRC it comes from "The Importance of Being Ernest" a severely edited play I was part of in 9th grade at Lamar Junior HS in Austin, TX. Hopefully, cultural events in Austin have progressed there since I departed at the end of that academic year but at the time the play was probably the height of the cultural (low) bar.

In order to protest the firing of the Mayan and the fact that nobody does any work around here since SG broke her ankle, I instituted a boycott against me doing any household work to teach everyone a lesson. Well, the sanctions have really begun to bite, I tell you. They have begun to bite me. I don't have any cups for my coffee. I have been wearing athletic socks to work for 3 days. Merak is highly vulnerable to JJ naval bombardment. Buitzenzorg(?) has a crappy port (none). I think they will be waiting for you at Tjilaljap and, even worse, it is even harder to spell.
