I'm going to see if I can't get TF 228 to scoot over to Naga and pick up the engineers there and take them to Cebu so that all those
resource centers can be repaired, so the port can be repaired, so that all the LI can be repaired, etc. I may have to find out if I have
some more engineers yet that I can put to some of these tasks.

I decided to turn off the refinery at Bangkok to avoid the falure of the production there. I'm either going to have to ship in some oil or
leave it turned off. I figure it's better to ship some oil to it periodically.
