So, is the release date set for next week in stone yet? Looking forward to this and future expansions.. In the future, it'd be great if there were added portraits for the different characters in the game, so each spy, leader, etc look different..

I started a Legends game and remembered why I like the game so much. You got lots of things to do and it is interesting from start, while still being so deep and complex that the interest stays to late game.
Need Shadows.

Reinforcing fleets is one of the biggest timesinks for me in Legends, and this would go a long ways towards streamining the process.

Agreed - A filter to filter out fleet ships as well as an "add to fleet ____" dropdown menu in the construction order screen. (optimally with one for the military ships and one for each of the alternative ship types - constructors, scouts and such)

Reorganizing fleets if you want to take ship location into account can be a pain no matter the GUI.
When I build ships to strengthen fleets, I prefer to do that one fleet at a time for a simple reason.
1: Pause.
2: Order ships
3: Open ship list - military ships - sort on rising firepower.
Your new fleet members sit at the top.
This is a reason to keep at least one normal weapon on carriers and troop transports.
As I learnt from a Let's Play, new ships without sorting sit at the bottom of the ship list in the order they were booked. Starlab (I think it was) built multiple new fleets by booking ships one fleet at a time on the build order screen. His 4 ship fleets then sat at the bottom of the military list in a fleet by fleet order. Last 4, one fleet. Next 4, another fleet.

On topic;
Watching the preview videos from Das, I do see that advisor spam is still in the game.
Just one example, he opens "build new ships" advisory and closes it at 5:40 making it go away... until 6:26 that is when it pops up again. A hole 46 seconds later.

I agree reinforcing fleets is a pain. I made a suggestion to Erik that there is an option added to auto reinforce fleets, even if they aren't automated. That way the player can build their own ships and organize fleets, send them to defensive locations and set their posture, and let them reinforce themselves so the player doesn't have to constantly do it manually. He said it is something they can consider.
