Chaos is correct, break the 63/X hex, pull those three units back into your lines, and get your cavalry-mechanized forces out of that area and over to the west. You're losing men you can't afford with these soak offs and fighting over useless ground. Time's a wastin... you need to be attacking west of Tambov/Voronezh. Force him to back out of his easternmost positions so you can at least start the process of recovering manpower centers.

the 63 hex has a 2.7 fort and d cv value around 245

the other has a 1.7 fort and d value of 280 ish
