Your serial number is also in your Matrix file on your hard disk, if you can access it. Bring it in to work and let IT prove to you how valuable they are!

OK...I got the old machine working in safe mode and pulled out the number.

OK...I'm back. I would say technology has improved a bit.

The RAM is nealry as much as my old hard drive. The hard drive is literally 100x as vast. The processor speed is 20-50x faster?

And the whole thing is 1/3 the cost. Even so, DO NOT try to clean your computer in the dishwasher.

I had to buy AE again. I couldn't find the damn order number or credit card number and Digitial River claimed they couldn't find me with the Serial No.. There was a nice email signed by someone at Digital River who called herself "The Mayan". Just like that, with a capitalized article too.

I realize this may be a bit of negative publicity for Matirx...I'll take it down when Eric sends me a check. [:D]
