For the Aztecs or JJ?
Oh yes, for JJ, of course. I have found that very, very bad and mysterious things begin to happen when one makes sport of any ot the pre-Colombian indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica.
This revenge isn't as mysterious as you suggest, Cap'n. You should have expected it when, during your recent camping trip, you drank pond water to slake your thirst from that temperature-abused authentic Guatemalan ceviche.
Montezuma's Revenge used to be the reason Mexican resorts were cheaper than Hawaii...now it's mostly the headless Mayan torsos on the street.
I know this neurosurgeon who took his family down to this high end resort in Cancun or Cozumel. He, of course, knows better than to drink the water, so he is buying $4 bottles of water in the gift shop for his family to the tune of $40 a day. On the last day he is walking around the grounds and he sees one of the high-end-resort employees filling up water bottles from a tap. [:D]

Better living through chemistry is my motto. Specifically, the chemistry of ClO2 when drinking the water. I could tell you some interesting horror stories conveyed to me by meat (pork) inspectors from thereabouts if you really want to lose some weight. Remember, kids: just because it's white and pearl-like in the meat doesn't make it 'marbling'.

How to close the gates on the "biggest POW camp in the world"? When Bathurst is level two, SBD's can fly from the field and make transit to Wyndham dangerous. Ditto when it is level 3 and the Beauforts.
Broome is still well defended but Derby has not been built up by JJ and is lightly garrisoned. I we could get into Derby and build it up quickly then Broome would be capped too.

Are you guys putting up LRCAP over Wyndham? That's an effective way of deterring his (almost certain) air evac. of units here to Timor.
ETA: Beware the bait IJN LRCAPed TF, designed to attract your underescorted SBDs into a timor-supported buzz saw. The Beauforts will get greased, as they are poor escorts.

Nope...I once say a video of "racemose" neurocysticercosis. Santa Maria!
I also once accidentally stuck a spinal needle into a cysticercus lesion in the subdural space of the lumbar spine. That was an "Alien" moment.

Good idea. We can move in some Wildcats or P-38's when Bathurst is level 2. Right now we need the CAP over the transports there.

I meant torpedo-equipped Beauforts. We have a hot-shot RAAF squadron at Exmouth. We cna use P-40K's or Wildcats as escorts.

I think he meant the Beaufort torpedo bombers, not the Beaufighter FBs. Both would get smoked as you say, though.
Cap, it's almost like you guys are planning ahead now. Naw - what am I sayin'?
If you can pull that off you'll have to start worrying about having enough fighters to keep the doors closed. Plus you would have more CAP for your own cruiser and destroyer surface raiders. I like the idea.
BTW, how are things at PH?

Well of course they are planning ahead - I mean, the Cap'n had the La Foa Marines in March mode even though it's only January. [:'(]

You don't always need SBDs with 1000 pounders to take care of shipping - I just sank a Jap CA using P40Es carrying 500 pounders. 22 aircraft @ 100 feet got 13 hits for one flak loss. Don't try and use the P40B if you still have them - no bomb capacity.

ClO2 when drinking the water
Chlorine dioxide is effective as you know but tough to carry around ... NaCLO or Bleach is pretty effective .. A capfull of bleach per gallon of water kills most critters .. except for spores like Clostridium difficile which require 1:100 dilution ..better boil that water ..[;)]

I used to pretend to be a vegetarian to meet girls in college. Put a "Save the Whales" sticker on your notebook and hang out at the vegetarian cafe. Quite pitiful really. I gave it up when I realized they didn't shave their arm pits.

And even if the ruse worked and you were invited over for the night....you would be subjected to an incessant stream of gaseous emanations............well....Ok...that's what I heard.

Hmmm .. I went the opposite route .. I aggravated the veggies ..especailly the evangelical types .. "Look read the Territorial Imperative .. eyes to the front of my head and sharp pointy front teeth -- I was desgined and destined to be at the top of the food chain ..and if you keep eating veggies like that . .your eyes are going to evolve to the side of your head and your going to get really nervous when drinking water ..." Wait...would these gaseous emanations actually be smoke associated with herbaceous incineration? There *is* a correlative there.
