Late July 1863 (Turn 50)

The French back down a bit from fully commiting themsleves, buying me another month. the seige in James river is still costly, but is wearng down their defenses quickly, and the 3rd corp is there now to support.

This is getting a little silly now. Early obviously does not want to engage Freebots forces. so i send him back to finish the seige of Jackson. I'll chase Early down once I've taken another of his capitals. Maybe if it burn Jackson to the ground he'll have to engage me. I take the opertunity to equip three of the brigades in Freebots army with spencer carbines, just because you can never have to many repeating rifles. that and the force still has a large number of muskets! Op. F.L.G. begins the seige of lexington. soon all of kentucky will be in my greesy fingers!
