The Italian unit, can be supplied by Ethiopia?

What's your Strategy?

No secondary supply source (such as an HQ or a conquered capital) provides any supply UNLESS it can trace a path back to a Primary supply source (e.g., a city in Italy). There has to be a connection between the unit and a primary supply source or else the unit is out of supply. I think of sceondary supply sources as distribution/relay points. Calling them a supply 'source' was a bad choice of words by ADG. A supply 'node' would have been better.ORIGINAL: Reivaj

Now you are into the area of the rules concerning co-operation (I just went over the code for those with a fine toothed comb last week). In this case the relevant points are that Germany and Italy cooperate with each other, but not with Japan. Japanese naval units can be used to build a supply chain across sea areas for Italian units, but supply still has to be traced back to Europe (not Japan).ORIGINAL: SewerStarFish
Two points: 1) I misunderstood limited supply to require naval units ONLY in those sea areas that had enemy activity. 2) Since Italy is now actively allied with at least Germany and possibly w/Japan -- Is it feasable to supply E.African units with a combination of Axis naval units? Say in a push to take Suez -- or South AfricaORIGINAL: Froonp
Or CP.With Limited Overseas Supply, Italy would also need a TRS or AMPH in each sea area in order to trace supply through it
A lot of units, yes.
Italy starts with 7 CP.
The capital of Ethiopia is not a primary supply source for Italian units.ORIGINAL: Reivaj
