As Treespider quoted in this thread, in 19 november of 1942 the Soviets had 46 division equivalents in Far East, without a Japanese attack [;)]

I know. The problem is slots. There just aren't enough slots unless we start removing other Allied units in order to give the Soviets the units they should have. At present there are enough forces there to pretty much force a deadlock UNLESS one side or the other makes a major mistake and so while the number of troops is wrong it also achieves the desired result.
 
BTW if your game hasn't started yet I can shoot the latest version over to you ( which has fixed most of the things above... Some of the issues above are intentional but the ones which weren't I've fixed. --- I'm sure I'll have missed a couple but you get my gist. )

We have played only 1 turn.

When I was designing my scenario what I did to reinforce the russians was to create as reinforcement 1 Infantry Corps filled only with support on 1/1/42, the same with a Mech Corps arriving 7/42 and finally one Tank Corps arriving on 1/43.

I had planned a HR so those units cannot move if soviets is not attacked.

Filling out slowly with reinforcements, those units would simulate the grow of Soviet Far East forces using only three slots.

We have only played the Japanese First Turn, send me a PM with the latest scenario, so I can take a look at it, maybe we can re-start the game with a better scenario

Ah the changes are really only minor... Fixing a few leaders and maybe having a gun number out by 1.. E.g 39 x 40mm FlAK instead of 40 x 40mm guns. It wouldn't warrant a restart IMO

RAF Base forces have a Japanese Radar in their TOE
IA 19th Division has 1944 Indian Squads in 1941

Stupid Idea = Have you thought about dividing the resource/oil centers in stack of 100 or 200.

Thus if the Japanese player wants to repair paying supplies, he can do it faster.

Another question. CVL Kittihawk is a transport CVE, or can be used as an attack carrier ??

Light tank replacements are still too low (stock levels). If SEAC is given more priority, then they should have more tanks and sooner

The RAF Base Force is intended to have that radar. What matters to me is its performance.  I've tested it and they don't seem to run out or anything so I think it works out well.

Oil/Resources. Aye, I didn't want the Japanese to get too all-powerful and so the slow rate of repair ( which is probably faster than it should be even still ) is a means of accomplishing this.
 
 
Kittyhawk - It is a transport CVE. Check out the sortie rate, it can't fly attack missions at all. It might be able to fly a small CAP due to code issues but even that should be minimal.
 
 
Tanks: I doubled the rate of MEDIUM tank replacements previously. Sure there are some shortages in light tanks but the medium tank numbers really rocket up after a while. In mid-42 I am fielding several divisions worth of British tanks in Malaysia. I could increase light tanks a bit also but I thought the medium tank doubling was the biggie here. Comments?

The RAF BFs will not upgrade their radars when updates come.

Stuart I Light Tank has a total build of 258, starts with 14 and has a build rate of 17/month for a whopping 17 months for filling out [;)]

Stuart VI arrives in 12/42 with the same buildrate

Hmm, 17 months is too long. I had wanted it to be 8 months before they reached their total build... Might some of those units not upgrade to other tanks before the total build is finished though?
 
Still, no worries, I'll upgrade the build rate to 40 to let the Allies have their full light tank force within about 8 months.

The map works even with your Pwhex (which will need some very minor modifications I think)

Small placement errors at a few bases in Australia, New Zealand and one or two near Okha.

For anyone who finds it useful, I've attached an Excel spreadsheet to calculate a firepower rating for Pacific Theater fighters. It's based on the weight of projectile times rate of fire, and also includes the muzzle velocity of the weapon. You'll find many of the guns used by both sides if you want to use them in hypothetical airplanes. (It's actually a zip file renamed as .txt)
