In N. Africa WA troops captured/destroyed all your landing parties. They where wandering through desert looking for water... not much fighting spirit in them really [8D].
My tanks left the fort only to strike your front unit and get back again... But I didn't proceed forward, my scouts saw a lots of GE units and I will not attack head on superior enemy (only in numbers ofcourse ).

In SU... oh yeah, those 45 SS paratroopers you landed on the road to Murmansk where destroyed by SU tank unit. I did lost 1 Lt there with number of riffle units...
Shelled your HQ near Leningrad-gave Fins a little rest... and that is about it. Am trying to organize a line of defense somewhere... As I failed to blow up some crucial bridges- that will probably be at Moscow . It would be nice if I can keep SU capitol till winter... [;)]

Are you trying to blow a bridge where one hex is controlled by GE? I find that rarely works. But, if you are trying to blow a bridge where both hexes are in your control, that is incredibly bad luck, very out of the ordinary if you have enough EP points.

Yes, one hex was owned by GE, so that must be it... Logically, I agree with that but comrade Stalin will have me shot if I made that mystake again... he said me that after we ate one bottle of vodka each[:)]... It is well known fact that vodka is a meal not a drink....[:o] And after invasion we eat it a lot...

Things start to heat up in Russia. We pushed Ivan from Smolensk and we take the city. Aso we approach Leningrad and surounded it with land units and with some additional para units. Limited advance executed on other fronts. All Su ships sinked. Finaly.

Noting new in Norway - we are stuck in the hills seems to me. Additional reinforcements are on the way. In N. Africa - Italian lend around Jerusalem, and Japan subs cut supplay from Suez side. And we bomb Tommies with good result.

All in all good turn for Germany. Here are the kill counts at the end. And add to that 11 rifle I, 1 DDII and 1 sub.

In Asia things look diferent - China partisans multiplay like worms. 6 units appear. We dealt with all of them, and we retake lost cities. Now I hope that I didnot mess up with garison rulke this time.
Attack on China was again a failure. Look at the screenshots. Thes fight even when out of ammoa and when surounded.

On the other hand we menage to take a production of Sorubaja with direct assault from landing craft. But it was a close one, and we did it only becouse enemy was realy poor in rediness and morale.

Eventfull turn for WA...
First our CAG fleet in Atlantic spoted wolfpack, it took some time but we destroyed all 6 subs... (in two or three attpemts, here is the picture of first one).

I sent my sub fleet into MED last turn and now they have engaged enemy tranports... Afer destroying this LR LC i spotted two more, attempted to engage one, but lost actionpoints and only managed to scare those Italins. I believe I saw few of them going overboard on meer sight of my periscope... [:)]

Fierce combat in high mountains in Norway continues... Losses on all sides. This turn I bombed Swedish iron ore with LB-s, city had only 400 points left.
Both generals reinfored theirs army in Norway and it will be interesting to see how will this evolve...
Sent 2x convoy of help to SU through Bergen.

On Pacific area enemy movement was geting high in Brunei, I responded by sending scout plane to see what is going on.
There was one cargo ship, and two landing crafts with some troops in it protected by few CAG-s.
I saw that as a worthy target and sent my FT-s to clear the sky...

And then my Indian CV-II[8D] came in and cleaned up the rest...[:D]
Good job, those Indian sailors are proving quite an asset.

WA managed to destroy 5 regiments of IJA infantry on Midway and retake the island. That proved that Japs can be defeated and bleed just like the rest of us...
Many more islands to go... many more...[;)]

In N. Africa nothing much, again some cleaning. This time some troops survived behind my lines, but they will not hold long.
Italians and GE are on the move and I have decided to hold my ground there...

Leningrad arty attacks again!

Forward panzer unit heading to Moscow is attacked from multiple directions and one medium tenk II is down...
Lost few Ft-s/DB-s trying to bomb this unit. GE has developed FT III and intercept range is now 4 hexes...

Here is current situation at Leningrad area. Next turn Leningrad will be completly cut off.

Cong on sinking thouse 6 subs Kondor. This is a hard blow to alredy decimated Kriegsmnarine. But the rest of the subs you didnot find spot ( while moving in Med ) and attack a group of 8 batlesip near Giblartar. 6 were sinked.




German/Italian armies in N. Africa spoted anather group of Toomies redy for a desert combat cmming to the front line. We withrow few hexes. And USA subs sopted in Med, 1 less to worry about. And nice move you did with them but you sink an empty LRLC.
In Norway - anather skirmish battle.

In Su things start to heat up. After completly cut the city of Leningrad German executed air attack on the city. Results were poor. Here are the screenshot.



After that poor attack we didnot wont to attack the city with land units. Seems to me that Leningrd is better defended than Moscov. But it is completly cut now, so we will see how well yill Ivans fight when food runs out.
1st fort near Moscov fall. And advance on all other fronts in Su. But last order was a poor one since RL interfere in it. SS unit attack few inflantry in h. forest and as a result a number of elite SS troops fell including med.tank. Stupid thing to do.

In Japan a China problem was finaly solved and we control bouth citties so I hope now that partisan activity will decrese. 6 units of partisans appears last turn, but we menage to beat them off. So in this version China is realy hard to overcome, but it is passible and Kondor did a great job with them. This poart of map soo some realy hewy fights. Now a China theathre looks like this:



And anther bravo to Kondor - his last attack on Borneo cause lost of 2 LCraft full of Imprial Marines. Ships were in harbour but Japan soldiers never learn how to svim so they went down weith the ships but they were never counted to casuties. This should be fixed in game. If thouse marines were drowned with ships they at least should be counted to casulties.

My opponent is to kind. He can still put up a white flag and end this with dignity...[:)]

Singapoure area... Hot weather made my sailors wreckless... IJN main carrier group located and lone Indian CV II suported with 2 FT-s III made an attack... I hoped that I could get lucky and maybe sink Akagi or some other CV II, but nope. Japs are well trained and experianced veterans...
Half of my strike force didn't return...[:(]

On the other end of the globe. Great victory by BEF! Swedish iron ore centar is working for us now![:D]

2 GE regiments defended the mountain pass, but where bombed by LB-s and attacked by superrior force and they retreated... Only to found themselves attacked again and again until destroyed... Bonus for me was that Hitler sent small LW force there turn before... All destroyed on ground.[:'(]

If GE does not do something about Norway front he could lose it, not that I am complaining...[;)]

My foe has really invested much in LB-s, it is interesting that he ignored DB-s and building LB-s instead. It gave him more mobility and some less damage in attacks on ground troops...

Leningrad is cut off, but in good shape. I prepared well giving the circumstances... This turn I have shelled 2 GE panzer units near the bridge, did some damage, destroyed the bridge and in follow up attack with ground units manage to destroy one medium tank II and halftrack+routed the units over the river...

In outskirts of Moscow first bombing of unprotected panzer unit occured. My DB-s didn't hit anything...and so many targets to chose from... Heavy tank II, armored cars, halftracks... buuuuuu...[:(][:)]
I have reinforced Moscow and now we will see is that enough. Elite german units are knocking at my door at suburb and will they enter the city itself before winter...?
Next turn could be snowing? Novemeber I believe is next...

So far things are going very historical on SU front, I hope that the end will equally historical![;)]
