After a very long time this issue seems to have been solved by Nvidia 275.33 Driver released 20110601.

I have the same issue in THIS GAME Only, Cross of Iron works fine. This game however when I go to overall map view in game gives me a scrambled map image. Running same resolution as Cross of Iron and everything.
Even in 1024 rez. Whats weird is in deployment mode I can zoom the map out and everything is fine, but once I start the game and then zoom out the map, I get the scrambled graphics

Strange this driver solved all my issues with the minimap in all close combat games. I have a Msi 460 GTX Talon attack. Vista ultimate 32 bit. Resolution 1920*1080.

Actually I just updated I was in fact behind now I have 275 I think the driver is and it is fixed. Ignore previous

Have you tried using a different cable
