Are you sure you have the right graphics? The ETO map and Units must be chosen before you can start the scenario, otherwise the game will probably crash due to countries now present, but formerly not present in the vanilla game. Since you have re-installed the game, the graphics choice have probably reverted to standard.

Another thing worth trying, is copying the info.csv from the standard 1939-scenario folder and pasting it into the ETO II-scenario folder.

Dear Uxbridge, now I have changed the graphics to ETO (both map and counters) but as I try to launch it, the game crashes.
I have the latest patch 1.81 installed, my pc is a W7 64 bit.

You have reinstalled the entire game (not just the ETO II-scenario)? If you have again patched to 1.81, are you sure that you have also changed from 1.80 to 1.81 in ETO II misc.csv-file? I think you have; I'm just checking.

Try to start the game again, when it crashes, go immediately to the Time of Wrath folder and open the ConsoleOut-file. Copy the last 20 or so lines and paste it into your next response here. Maybe I or someone else can give a hint.

Also, I wasn't clear with you in my earlier post. The name of the file you should copy and paste into the ETO II-scenario folder from the vanilla game was "description.txt". I didn't have my gaming computer on at the moment and thought the file was named "info".

All right. Seems you haven't put the resources_waste_ETOII.xml into the Time of Wrath/data\events folder. Do that and it should be fine.

Where should I find this file? I cant find it in the ETO II folder and subfoldrs...

Download the ETO II package again. In this you shall find the scenario, two graphics folders and one additional file. The last is the one you're looking for. Place it in the Time of Wrath\data\events folder.
