OK - I will update when I get back from my current trip, but the overall winner after this last game between Q-Ball and VonS will go through to play Tarhunnas in Round two.

OK, but there are guys waiting for your result. You needed to declare defeat so that your opponent goes through by default. I will update the tables to reflect that now.

I have sent Turn 15. It was in my in-box for a couple days, my fault there.
At the risk of being presumptuous, I think I will advance. I'm ahead in points at the moment, and Leningrad will not fall. Still, I would like to complete it and make it official

Final in for myself and von shaeffer: 1613 (me sov) to 545 (axis, v-s)
Is this tournament dead, though, with Charon out?

I would suggest that if Charon is out then the player with next best score in that half of the tournament takes his place. That would be Gfelz I think. It would be a pity if the torunament died, I think it was a nice idea. And I look forward to playing against my STAVKA commander Q-ball![8D]
