I had a finger twitch and accidently moved 4 Armament Points from Bryansk to some podunk backwoods city near Bryansk. D'oh.

That little mistake above left me with rail cap. to move only 7 of the 8 Heavy Industry out of Leningrad. Oh well, fortunes of war.

Here's an animation showing my moves of the Soviet stuff:

EDIT: I pulled back in some places, turned my carpet into a checkerboard in some other places, and generally railed troops into sparse
areas, and railed out some industry, like I've been doing these past few turns. I'm starting to figure out where I can put my rough draft of
a front line here and there. Depends on any more Axis breakthroughs, etc.

I thought maybe it might be best if I go ahead and spend the rail cap. to get ALL the industry out of Leningrad before that becomes impossible.

I finally scrapped together enough small sized units to fully man the Finn no-attack-line. So at least there won't be any of those pesky
Finnish units wondering south behind me near Leningrad.

EDIT: Looking at this picture further, I see lots of open ports. I'm hoping Elmer won't attack amphibiously. I've not seen him do it
before but there's always the first time. Besides this game is supposed to be challenging.

I did some daylight city bombing on the port at Koenigsburg. I didn't lose anybody but I didn't do much appreciable damage either.

I did some daylight airbase strikes and got some good hits on the Axis fighters.

I thought right now might be appropriate for pulling every industry out of Kaluga.

EDIT: I've already evacuated all the industry out of Leningrad and the surrounding area so if he gets Leningrad then it's not a
total disaster, but all the same I'd really rather not loose the city.

Here's my T10 moves as the Soviet. I did a bunch of pulling back and checkerboarding all over the place.

What is in Koenigsberg that you are trying to hurt? Is this just some bombing test?

I bombed the port there as a sort of test to see how much AA was there and so see if the AI would send everybody I designated to go in the "pick-which-ones-to-do-the-raid" dialog. And I found out that not everybody I tasked actually flew. It was a significant difference and I don't know what in the world I did to cause it. Maybe the Air Doctrine is set too low ( it's 50% on everything ). Maybe I should bump up the percent-to-fly to 70% or something so more planes would fly. Thing is though, I thought down to 50% would cause more planes to fly each time. Maybe I should bump it down to 20% just to get more planes to fly on each raid. Anyway, the damage to Koenigsberg was nill and the AA figure was higher than I liked to send raids to now-a-days and I thought I would cease and desist in such daylight raids. Maybe night raids would be less losses to me and still less damage to the Axis. And therefor not worth doing. I donno. So I conduct these tests. To test the fesibility of such an endevor.

Before I do anything else I think maybe I'll rail the heavy industry out of Moscow before it gets to crunch time.

I've got enough rail cap. to move 3 Armaments industry points out of Kirovograd.
