And this might be a good time to demonstrate the vaaaast distance that is the Russian steppe. Despite having advanced a number of hexes past Moscow (and it's only July 1941!!), there's still a long way to go before Japanese and German meet up on the plains (if they ever do!)
I'm also rather pleased with my new monitor...

As the Russians continue to retreat, the Germans try to slow some of them down. Even though they succeed in disorganizing only one unit, disastrously, it's both the most useful and most expensive unit the Russians have...

The Germans soon arrive at the new Soviet lines. And Stavka must make a difficult decision here; Do they abandon Zhukov to his fate, or try to hold here?

Near Gorki, Stavka has no choice but to abandon Zhukov's force, and continue the retreat. Yeremenko heads west to help relieve what will shortly be a dire supply situation.
There are just fourteen hexes between the Germans and the Urals...

The Germans are having none of this 'retreat and escape' business, and do their best to trap the Russians near Penza. Zhukov is surrounded and finished.

In the Caucasus, von Bock reaches Baku. But there's a problem; it can only be attacked from one other hex! He wires Berlin for some paratroopers. There are none, they say, they got wiped out attacking Malta, and the Fuhrer won't let us form any more paratroop corps. Nor is there sufficient air support.

Near Penza, Yeremenko orders a desperate counterrattack to open the Soviet supply lines and enable the escape of the rest of the army group.

With half of his force disorganized, including himself, Yeremenko is now in trouble. The only thing that might save him is if the turn ends.
It doesn't.
Erwin Rommel moves the 3rd Panzercorps forward to trap the Russians. Guderian advances from Gorki to finish them off. there are now only
TEN hexes between the Germans and the Urals. ...Ouch.

This isn't really a fair game, more of a "What If the Allies Decided To Let Themselves Get Steamrolled, and We Choose the Dice Results to Help that Happen?" scenario.

when will we see more?
All controversy aside...
It´s quite a narrative.

But you are purposefully playing the Allies poorly. Do you have a narrative in mind? Like, you push the Allies to the brink then bring in the US to see if it can turn the tide? Or are you setting up for an Invasion USA?

I don't think there's any controversy, but it is obvious to anyone who has played WiF that this game is being managed rather than played. I don't see why that isn't stated from the beginning.
