Some overall excellent reading:
1. Red Army (classic)
2. Red Hammer
3. Team Yankee (a little too predictable)
4. When angels wept (Cuban missile crisis turns hot alternative history)
5. A thousand points of light (trilogy of a future war with USA and China, excellent reading)
6. Prelude to world war 3 (another trilogy, all excellent)
7. 15 Minutes General Curtis Lemay (very good book on just how psychotic the east and west were with nuclear arms)
8. Repulse: Europe at war 2062-2064 (World war with the west versus an Islamic power)
9. Arc Light (superb and thrilling read, especially during the nuclear exchange)
