I try to execute your beginning, but my panzer corps are out of supply south of Ilmen lake. How do you resupply them, or perhaps you have an other AAR explaining your tactics ?

If you look at screen shot (this AAR)you can see on turn 4 where my railhead is at the end of my turn.

Turns 3-4 the panzer have 10-15 MP's, but turn 5 they are back in 30-40 and infantry are at the front.

rkimmi will resign or disappear before the end of the summer campaign. You heard it here first.

I don't think so he is good, we at turn 6 and I am not across the southern rivers.
Its a fun game as he is taking a different approach to defending.

and you were wrong as is normal about smokendave that one will go the distance.

anything else you like to say that will be proven wrong by the data?

Ahem... (cough, cough)

He is good, eh? rofl.

[:'(]

I thk hes done very slow turn around now.

Hes got a huge army ( reminds me of you 10 million +) but lacks industry, morale ect ect.

SU:
AP total:
Stavka KIA: 2,326,000 Stavka OOB: 5,679,000 GHC OOB: 3,552,000

This is as close as I got. I did manage to attack Moscow the last 2 turns of snow heavely damaging the industry in the southern Moscow hexes, 95%+ and 70%+ in the other and both hexes had everything in them.

Turn 25 GHC Armaments: 66,000 Manpower: 35,000 VP: 226

HQBUs used: 10
Armament Pts. Destroyed = 73
Heavy Industry Destroyed = 47
Factories: KV-1,BA-10,T-50
Manpower Pts over run during 1942 =
Russian Units Destroyed after November 1st 1941

Divisions: 19

SU:
AP total:
Stavka KIA up to Turn 25: 2,487,000
Stavka OOB: 6,018,000
GHC OOB: 3,488,000
Looking at past trend data of 1.08 of people that have made it this far.
Pelton vs rkimmi Stavka OOB: 6,018,000
Armament Pts. Destroyed = 73
Heavy Industry Destroyed = 47
Factories: Leningrad KV-1,BA-10,T-50

Pelton vs smokendave Russian OOB: 5,937,000
Armament Pts. Destroyed = 90
Heavy Industry Destroyed = 83
Factories: ?

Looks like 6 million man strong Red Armys are about normal. Both games so far are following the same trend lines and the front lines are very much the same to date.

I assume you will camp outside Moscow and give ground in the south.

Just a hunch.

Holding Oka north ( whats new?) and Stalino to sea + a line running north/west 12 hexes or so.

The nice little bubble in center.

I did not screw up like vs Dave.

So the nut to crack is Moscow 14 VPs, you can easly win as Germany if you take 240 and you only need another 15. I can ding out without it, but I will probably try for a few turns.
That at least forces him to waste a bunch of AP's building rifle Corps for Moscow and north/south of it.

If he doesn't build them it will fall.

I have all SU's in Germany resting, moved some leaders around and am now just waiting to see where he ends up. See if he starts running come snow ect ect.
