Not really sure what is happening here - perhaps you can enlighten me.
I save the German and Austrian oil (both in Berlin) and use two oil to reorganise (two units fail to reorganise to keep to 2.4).
I have 16 Production Points.
When I advance to the next turn I only have 2 oil...nothing is saved in Berlin. Any ideas?
Hmm. I think you should have had three oil remaining. Either you missed one oil or something is wrong here. Did you miss the oil in Magdeburg and had three oil?

No, there were only two on map, but I've done it again and it now works using Breslau instead of Berlin.

I do recommend that you make it a habit of primarily saving the German oil in cities with two factories or more.

No, there were only two on map, but I've done it again and it now works using Breslau instead of Berlin.

Yes, as said I started with three and save two. I use two to reorganise leaving three.

Sure, but I wasn't prepared to battle with Berlin tonight, so chose Breslau instead. Nothing I can do about Dresden - it was the better of the three options.

Sure, but I wasn't prepared to battle with Berlin tonight, so chose Breslau instead. Nothing I can do about Dresden - it was the better of the three options.

BTW. You can, if you want, relocate saved oil during the resource transportation steps.

The Ki-30 ground strikes the Shanghai militia and land in Changsha.
The Imperial Guard rail to Changsha. Italy rail their 10,5 cm Corps Artillery to Turin.

Yes, I think moving these west to the limit possible (Magdeburg and the hex east) would be highly ambidextrous.

And perhaps rebase the 'sentry' fighter as well?
Closer to the French border perhaps? If you want to bomb inside France while Belgium is neutral? Because it is unlikely that France would violate Belgian neutrality in such bad weather.

Yes. I was about to say this is worrying, but you know what I think has happened? I removed sentry on the 3 units, but when I re-did the turn because of the missed rail, I forgot to do this again.
