rnd 2 rolls of 4/7 resulted in axis finding with 11 SP.
Missed the damage screens. Italians select CW CP for X destroying two of them. CW CA took the D and aborted (made's it's roll). The allies then abort the zone.

				 W. Med rolls of 3/7 result in axis finding. They engage the 4-box only with 12 surprise points. Use 4 SP to make it a surface and 8 SP to reduce axis damage to an A.

				 Turn 1. Sep/Oct 1939. Allied #8. USSR Naval Move.

Unusual for the Soviets to move naval units during Sep/Oct 1939 but the Japanese invasion fleet in the Sea of Japan has me concerned. The Soviets move a second sub to the Sea of Japan (3-box).

				 Turn 1. Sep/Oct 1939. Allied #8. North Sea.

The allies decline the attempt to initiate combat in the North Sea.

Do the Germans wish to try?

If so, which (if any) of their planes react and to which boxes do they fly?

Both sides find. The Italians net 2 surprise points. It's a surface battle.

 2. Instructions for allocating your damage?

 3. Will the Italians remain for a possible 2nd round of combat?

Are the subs included? or just the 4-box.

 If the subs are included:
increase my attack column by one with 2 SP to X D
apply X A result against Italians as follows: X on the Trieste, and A on damaged Trieste or the Zara (in priority order)

If the subs are not included
decrease your attack by one column with 2 SP to D 2A
apply D to Trieste, 2A to damaged Trieste, Zara, Trento in priority order. skip any that have a half abort.
You should have a 2D 3A to apply to the allies.

I will stay for round 2.
