At the battle for Tsiaotso, Imperial forces forced Chinese troops into a ragged retreat across the river to Loyang. Japanese ground units at Chengchow are planning to drive forward to Loyang to "keep up the skeer."
Sumatra
Air operations at Palembang are on hold for a day or three as I build up my fighter groups and add more experienced pilots.
Just below Toboali, several BG on naval attack were able to find enemy tankers fleeing Palembang with full holds of oil. I suppose the shorelines of southern Sumatra and Northern Java will be black with oil in the near future…

Philippines
San Fernando was liberated and the 23rd Division is now moving (awful slowly) for Boyombong in pursuit of the fleeing enemy troops that were routed.
Borneo
That enemy TF that I was interested in? It showed up at Brunei on April 9th. 3 enemy DD and a CL. I had the DD Kawakaze. The Kawakaze, in a series of night-time engagements, chased those four enemy ships out of Brunei while sustaining minor damage. All I can say is wow! That was impressive!
