But are those files you name okay, or is there a problem with them?

They are original. No "counterized" and they are the only update from new Heroes and Leaders mod.
It will be a good thing if you could "counterized" the two files in question.

In effect this files are different from those you have "counterized" in version 13. They are completely anew.

I have checked the files and they are fine. Check the installation, maybe you recorded them somewhere else.

Sorry my fault.
The differences exists only for the following file:
HaL_Italian_Vehicles_Sheet-01.tga
The second file has a different date only.
I apologize for my error and hope that you have the patience to find the difference.

Sorry to vaste your time but the new file differs from yours as for the next image or, at least, it seems to me.

I downloaded the file that I showed you before from the mod download link in the first post.

So you did something wrong, you have to overwrite all the files in:
C:\Matrix Games\Whatever you call the mod\Heroes and Leaders mod\Counters
