They are original. No "counterized" and they are the only update from new Heroes and Leaders mod.
It will be a good thing if you could "counterized" the two files in question.

In effect this files are different from those you have "counterized" in version 13. They are completely anew.

I have checked the files and they are fine. Check the installation, maybe you recorded them somewhere else.

The differences exists only for the following file:
HaL_Italian_Vehicles_Sheet-01.tga
The second file has a different date only.

Sorry to vaste your time but the new file differs from yours as for the next image or, at least, it seems to me.

I downloaded the file that I showed you before from the mod download link in the first post.

So you did something wrong, you have to overwrite all the files in:
C:\Matrix Games\Whatever you call the mod\Heroes and Leaders mod\Counters

No, not anymore. The early versions did have it, but it hasn't been included for quite a few versions now; I handled it differently to make things easier for future versions.

Ok, thanks. I am having trouble getting the counters to show up. I have followed the directions but must be missing something.
